Obverse description Full-length effigy of King Christian II facing forward, depicted in full armor beneath a long royal mantle, holding a scepter in his right hand and the globus cruciger in his left. The figure is rendered in a bold, somewhat schematic late-medieval style characteristic of hammered klippe coinage. The field is plain, with no surrounding legend. The irregular square flan bears file marks along the edges consistent with the klippe production method.
