| Obverse description | Central field dominated by a palm tree or thyrsus-like plant rendered in high relief, with symmetrically branching fronds or leaves extending laterally across the flan. The Latin magistrate's name is inscribed in two lines flanking the central device, reading L·LOL in the upper field and LI·VS in the lower field, identifying the Roman quaestor Lucius Lollius. The coin is struck on an irregular, slightly uneven flan with a beaded border visible around the periphery. The overall style is characteristic of late Republican provincial bronze coinage of Crete. |

| Reverse description | A broad, domed or omphalos-like object — possibly a cult stone or baetyl — depicted in high relief at the center of the flan, surrounded by two laurel or olive branches that curve around it to form a wreath. The surface of the central object appears roughly textured. A dotted border encircles the entire design. The reverse bears no visible inscription and is consistent with Cnossian civic bronze coinage of the late Hellenistic period. |
