Reverse description Central field occupied by two crossed cornucopiae (double cornucopia), a symbol of royal abundance widely used on Nabataean coinage, with a circular pellet at the center of the cross. A Nabataean Aramaic legend is inscribed around the device, reading the names of Aretas and Shaqilath. The design is executed in a linear, stylized manner typical of late Nabataean bronzes, with the legend disposed across the upper and lower fields of the flan.
