Obverse description Laureate head of Apollo facing right, rendered in the Hellenistic style typical of Thracian civic coinage of the 3rd century BC. The portrait displays finely modelled facial features with hair gathered in a laurel wreath. The field is plain, with no legend present on the obverse. The flan is slightly irregular, consistent with hand-struck municipal bronze coinage of the period.
