Obverse description Draped bust of a female deity, likely Artemis or a local nymph, facing right in three-quarter profile. The hair is elaborately dressed and bound with a diadem or sphendone, rendered in fine archaic-to-classical style. The facial features are delicately modeled with a high brow and almond-shaped eye characteristic of 4th century BC Greek coinage. The field is plain and unadorned, with no visible legend on this side.
