The architectural detail of the Gate's balustrade, flagpoles, and surrounding rooftops is rendered with exceptional precision in the right field, while stylised clouds appear in the upper field. Along the lower rim, the denomination 1500元 is prominently inscribed at centre, flanked by the Chinese inscription 合纯金20盎司 成色.999 and the Latin legend 20ozAu, with decorative scrollwork at either side. |
