| Obverse description | The obverse bears a multicolour guilloche vignette at left incorporating the Imperial Russian double-headed eagle arms, with the denomination 1500 repeated in each upper corner. The central panel carries the Cyrillic text of the obligation in letterpress, with the written denomination тысяча пятьсот руб. set in a bold script within a ruled frame, flanked by dated panels reading 15/28 марта 1918 г. and 15/28 декабря. The lower section contains printed facsimile signatures of the Chairman of the Military Council, the Chairman of the Military Government, and the Treasurer, with a statement that the obligation is valid until 15 December 1928. |
