Reverse description Central device comprises the crowned royal cypher of King Rama IX (ภปร), surmounted by a multi-tiered Thai royal crown from which radiating beams of light emanate into the upper field, all rendered in high relief against a mirror-polished background. The denomination legend and commemorative inscription arc around the lower portion of the field, with the country name ประเทศไทย (Thailand) placed as an upper legend. The date of the Rajamangala celebrations, 2 July B.E. 2531, appears along the lower arc.
