正面描述	The State Emblem of the Soviet Union — a hammer and sickle superimposed on a globe, framed by wheat sheaves tied with a ribbon and surmounted by a five-pointed star — occupies the upper field in high relief. The Cyrillic legend 'СССР' (USSR) is inscribed to either side of the emblem. A horizontal line separates the upper device from the lower field, where the denomination '150' appears in large numerals above the Cyrillic word 'РУБЛЕЙ' (Roubles). The design is rendered with a mirror-like proof finish against a polished field.
