| Reverse description | The reverse depicts a raised relief map of Croatia occupying the central and left portions of the field, rendered with fine topographic detail including the distinctive Dalmatian coastline and islands. A radiant starburst, symbolising a flash of light and alluding to Operation Flash (Bljesak), is superimposed over the northern interior of the map. To the right of the map, the legend 'BLJESAK' appears in large bold letters, with '25. OBLJETNICA' inscribed below it. The commemorative dates '1995.' and '2020.' are positioned in the lower left field, with the designer's initials 'LP' in the lower right. |

| Additional information |
Operation Flash (Bljesak), launched on 1–2 May 1995, was the Croatian Army's recapture of Western Slavonia from the Republic of Serbian Krajina — completed in roughly 32 hours, making it one of the shortest successful combined-arms operations of the entire Yugoslav dissolution conflict. It served as the tactical and doctrinal template for Operation Storm (Oluja) three months later, which effectively ended the Krajina entity altogether.
This commemorative was authorized by the Croatian National Bank under its collector series; KM#120 is among the lower-mintage issues in that run.
