Reverse description The central field features three conjoined portrait busts of the peace treaty signatories: President Jimmy Carter facing forward at the top, with Israeli Prime Minister Menachem Begin in left profile and Egyptian President Anwar Sadat in right profile flanking him below, their facing busts symbolising accord. Between the three figures are depicted the national flags of Israel, Egypt, and the United States in low relief. The denomination 150 DOLLARS is inscribed in two lines at the base of the design, with the mint mark CHI appearing to the lower left. The commemorative legend PEACE IN THE MIDDLE EAST - 26 MARCH 1979 curves along the upper periphery.
