| 正面描述 | Right-facing draped bust of Queen Sirikit, her hair elegantly coiled and ornamented with a decorative hairpin, wearing a pearl necklace and traditional Thai court attire. The effigy occupies the central field with fine portraiture relief. A Thai legend curves along the upper periphery reading the Queen's full royal title, with a continuation of the inscription along the lower border denoting the completion of her third twelve-year cycle (36th birthday). A beaded border frames the entire design. |

Issued to mark Queen Sirikit's 36th birthday, this was part of Thailand's first gold commemorative coinage program under Rama IX. The Royal Thai Mint had limited experience with gold commemoratives at the time, and production numbers were kept deliberately small — the issue was aimed squarely at the diplomatic gift market rather than domestic circulation.
