Issued to mark the elevation of Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn to the title Somdej Phra Thep Ratana Ratchasuda in December 1977 — a rank conferring the designation Kromphra Yuwamarat, making her the first princess in the Chakri dynasty to hold full "Royal" status.
