A serial number, coupon number «3», and the text block reading «Предъявителю сего Войсковое Казначейство уплачиваетъ» (The Military Treasury shall pay to the bearer) are printed centrally, with the date «15 декабря 1918 г.» and the written denomination «Пятнадцать рублей» below, the whole concluded by a manuscript signature of a member of the Military Government. |
