| Obverse description | Black intaglio print on white paper. At left, a classical female bust vignette in profile facing right, rendered in fine engraved style. The upper portion carries the title CÉDULA HIPOTECARIA and the issuer name CRÉDITO CAUCANO in bold serif lettering, with the denomination numeral 15 repeated at each corner. A central text block in letterpress details the mortgage contract terms, below which the denomination QUINCE PESOS / ORO LEGAL appears within a decorative panel.
