| Descrizione del dritto | Central device depicts the traditional Bhutanese double dorje (thunderbolt cross), an ornate symmetrical emblem composed of four stylized vajra heads radiating from a central floral medallion, rendered in fine relief. The legend arcs around the upper periphery in both Dzongkha script and Latin characters reading 'BHUTAN', while the denomination '15' appears prominently at the lower centre flanked by the word 'NGULTRUMS' to the left and additional Dzongkha script to the right. The overall design reflects the traditional iconographic and artistic heritage of the Kingdom of Bhutan. |

| Descrizione del rovescio | The central field features a finely detailed scene of a Bhutanese farmer bent forward, working in a cultivated field with a hand tool, surrounded by rows of crops and bundled sheaves of grain. Sprigs of wheat or rice flank the lower field on either side, emphasising the agricultural theme. The legend 'FOOD FOR ALL' arcs along the right periphery in Latin script, with corresponding Dzongkha script legend along the left, both referencing the FAO World Food Conference. The date '1974' appears in large numerals at the base of the design. The composition was issued to commemorate the FAO Food for All campaign. |
