Reverse description Double-headed imperial eagle displayed, each head crowned, with a composite shield on the breast bearing the arms of Austria and Burgundy. The whole is contained within an inner beaded circle, and the imperial crown at the top of the eagle divides the date. The encircling legend, commencing at 12 o'clock, reads ARCHIDVX AVSTRIÆ DVX BVR CO TYR, an abbreviation of Archidux Austriae Dux Burgundiae Comes Tyrolis. The mint mark MWM appears in the field or is absent on some issues.
