| Obverse description | Printed on pink paper in dark blue ink, the central vignette presents a rural farmstead with a large thatched building, flowering trees, and a dovecote tower at upper right. In the foreground, a milkmaid tends to cattle, sheep, and a pig, evoking a bucolic Upper Austrian village scene signed at lower right by the artist L. Housa. The denomination numeral '15' appears in large brown overprint at left and right margins, while subsidiary '10 Heller' denominations are visible within scroll banners and the dovecote panel, all framed by a plain ruled border. |

| Reverse description | Printed on pink paper in dark blue ink, the reverse carries the full legal text of the Notgeld issue within an ornate cartouche formed by a diagonal cross-hatched and foliate border with corner scrollwork. The text, set in Gothic Fraktur script, opens with a large illuminated capital 'D' and states the municipal council resolution of 24 May 1920 authorizing vouchers totalling 30,000 Kronen, redeemable at the Gemeindekasse in lawful currency until 31 December 1920. Below the legal text appears the Bürgermeister's manuscript signature, and the printer's imprint 'Druck V. Langhammer, Linz' is set at the lower right. |
