Opmerkingen

CGB Numismatique Paris issued a series of regional "euro" fantasy notes in 2008 as collector pieces tied to French administrative regions — this Champagne-Ardenne example being one of that run. They carry no legal tender status anywhere and were never intended to circulate. The series exists purely as a numismatic novelty, produced and sold directly by the issuing dealer.

Printed in France on paper stock, these are essentially private scrip dressed as banknotes. Collectible only within the narrow market of French regional exonumia enthusiasts.
