| Obverse description | The obverse of this large rectangular .9999 fine silver coin features, at centre, a raised circular medallion bearing the fourth effigy of Queen Elizabeth II by Ian Rank-Broadley, depicted as a diademed and draped bust facing right, with the engraver's initials IRB below the truncation. The circular legend reads ELIZABETH II to the left and 15 DOLLARS COOK ISLANDS to the right, with the date 2017 below.
