| 正面描述 | Right-facing effigy of Queen Elizabeth II after the fourth portrait by Ian Rank-Broadley, depicting the Queen wearing the Girls of Great Britain and Ireland Tiara. The legend ELIZABETH II and AUSTRALIA arcs across the upper field, while the denomination 15 DOLLARS appears along the lower rim. The engraver's initials IRB are incused below the portrait truncation. The design is rendered with fine detail against a plain polished field. |

The Wedge-tailed Eagle bullion series, launched by the Perth Mint in 2014, was designed to compete directly with established sovereign bullion programs at a moment when Chinese and Asian investor demand for Perth-produced gold was accelerating sharply. The 1/10 oz denomination targets the entry-level bullion buyer — low premium, high liquidity, easily divisible holdings.
Elizabeth II's fourth portrait, by Ian Rank-Broadley, was already being phased toward replacement by 2016; Jody Clark's fifth portrait had entered circulation on British coinage the prior year.
