| Opmerkingen |
Zenica's correctional facility issued its own internal scrip — a fully enclosed monetary system used within the prison to manage canteen purchases and labor credits. This kind of institutional money was common across Yugoslav penal facilities, but the Zenica series is among the better documented, partly because the facility was the largest and longest-operating federal prison in socialist Yugoslavia.
The 15 Dinara denomination is an odd one, suggesting the face values were calibrated to specific canteen price points rather than derived from any conventional monetary logic.
