Descrizione del dritto	The obverse is printed in reddish-brown on cream paper and is entirely typographic and ornamental in character, with no pictorial vignette. A central oval guilloche panel bears the large Chinese character denomination 拾五錢 flanked by the Arabic numeral 15, with the issuing authority legend 北朝鮮中央銀行券 arranged above and the date 1947 set within a foliate cartouche at the foot. The composition is framed by an elaborate border of interlocking scrollwork and zigzag lathe-work panels running along all four sides.
