正面描述	Plain violet letterpress text on white paper within a single-rule rectangular border. The emblem of the Regional Defence Council of Aragon appears to the left of the text block. The note bears a typeset legend acknowledging the bearer's right to 15 céntimos, issued in the name of the Municipal Council of Lécera's Free Collectivity and dated 1 June 1937.

背面描述	Otherwise blank reverse with a single applied oval rubber stamp in violet ink, centrally placed, reading "COLECTIVIDAD LIBRE" around the upper arc and "LECERA" at the base, enclosing the text "COMITÉ ADMINISTRATIVO" within the oval field, with small decorative rosette ornaments flanking the lower inscription.
