| Beschrijving voorzijde | The obverse displays a printed reproduction of the 15 Centimos 'Especial Movil' revenue stamp, rendered in red ink on a cream-coloured cardboard field. The stamp design features the Spanish Republican coat of arms at centre, quartered with the castles of Castile, the lion of León, the vertical bars of Aragon, and the chains of Navarre, surmounted by a mural crown. Flanking the shield are decorative laurel and oak branches, with the denomination legend '15 CENTIMOS' in bold Latin characters along the lower margin. The stamp's simulated perforation border is visible around its perimeter, and the characters 'CS' appear at upper left with the numeral '15' at upper right.
