正面描述	A genuine 15 centimos postage stamp of the Spanish Republic, printed in dark green on white paper with perforated edges, affixed to the face of the round cardboard disc. The stamp features a three-quarter portrait bust of Concepcion Arenal, the noted Spanish social reformer, facing slightly left, rendered in fine engraved line work. The legend REPUBLICA ESPAÑOLA arcs along the top of the stamp, with the denomination 15 CTS flanking the lower portion alongside the inscription CORREOS and the printer's imprint FCA. NAL. DE MONEDA Y TIMBRE at the base.
