Obverse lettering IIVIR CORINT
Reverse description A lit race torch depicted upright in the center of the field, with a flame issuing from the top, referencing the torch-races (lampadedromia) held during the Isthmian Games. The duoviri magistrates' names are inscribed in two lines flanking the torch to the left and right, identifying the issuing colonial magistrates. The composition is symmetrical and unadorned, typical of the Roman colonial bronze coinage of Corinth under Augustus.
