| Obverse description | A full-length figure of Vilma Hugonnai, Hungary's first licensed female physician, is depicted standing in left profile in period dress, carrying a medical bag adorned with a cross in her left hand and holding a book in her right. Behind her, in lower relief, a framed document — evoking her medical diploma — is rendered in the field, alongside a scene of a physician attending to seated patients. The date 2022 and the Budapest mint mark BP appear at lower left. The country name MAGYARORSZÁG arcs along the upper rim, while the denomination 15000 FORINT is inscribed at lower right in two lines. |

| Reverse description | A finely detailed three-quarter facing bust of Vilma Hugonnai dominates the field, her hair pinned up in a late nineteenth-century style. She is depicted wearing a high-collared blouse with decorative trim, and holds a small floral bouquet at lower right. The birth and death years 1847 and 1922 are inscribed in two lines at left of the portrait. The name HUGONNAI VILMA appears in large lettering to the right of the effigy, and the curved legend AZ ELSŐ MAGYAR ORVOSNO arcs along the upper rim. A small engraver's monogram is present at lower right in the field. |
