Opis awersu	Helmeted head of Athena in right-facing profile, rendered in fine Macedonian die-cutting style typical of the Amphipolis mint. The goddess wears a Corinthian helmet pushed back on the head, its bowl decorated with a coiled serpent in high relief on the crest. Flowing curls of hair emerge from beneath the helmet bowl and cascade along the neck, rendered with characteristic bead-and-reel detailing. The facial features are finely articulated, with a well-defined eye, straight nose, and slightly parted lips, reflecting the accomplished engraving tradition of the period. The field is plain, with no inscription on the obverse.
