| Obverse description | Highly abstract and stylised design derived from the devolved Durotrigan coinage tradition, depicting a schematic crescent form accompanied by radiating appendages, conventionally interpreted as a representation of three figures in a boat. The design occupies the entire field of the irregular flan and is rendered in low, worn relief typical of late Durotrigan issues. No legend or inscription is present. The imagery reflects the progressive abstraction of earlier Continental and Armorican prototypes. |
