Reverse description A stylized horse prancing to the right, depicted in the degenerate La Tène manner with disjointed, highly abstracted anatomy. Above the horse, vestigial remains of a charioteer figure are present, reduced to schematic linear elements reflecting advanced stylistic degeneration from earlier Gaulish prototypes. A crosslet device appears before the horse's chest in the field. Between the horse's legs, a lyre motif is depicted, flanked on either side by a pointed star or pellet-and-ring ornament. The overall composition fills the flan in a loose, irregular arrangement typical of Armorican quarter-stater coinage.
