Obverse description Laureate head of Asklepios facing right, rendered in moderate relief with characteristic beard and wreath of laurel encircling the hair. The effigy displays the idealized, mature physiognomy associated with the god of medicine, with draped shoulders faintly visible at the bust truncation. The style is consistent with Hellenistic civic coinage of Pergamon, showing confident die-cutting typical of the period. The field surrounding the portrait is plain and unadorned.
