Obverse description Stylized human head facing right, rendered in the abstracted Celtic artistic tradition. The facial features are schematically depicted, with the eye, nose, and chin reduced to bold, curvilinear forms characteristic of late Armorican coinage. The flan is irregular and the relief is low, consistent with a struck billon quarter-stater of this period.
