正面描述	Draped bust of Aphrodite facing right, rendered in low relief in the Hellenistic style typical of Aeolian civic coinage. The effigy is set within a plain field on an irregularly shaped flan characteristic of small bronze issues. Surface patination is a deep olive-green, consistent with prolonged burial. The portrait, though worn, retains the softly modeled facial features and flowing drapery associated with second-century BC Temnian bronze coinage.

附加信息	Temnos was a small Aeolian city on the Hermos River in western Asia Minor, politically marginal enough that its coinage is largely absent from ancient literary sources. The city minted sporadically under shifting Attalid and later Roman provincial influence during this century, producing small bronzes primarily for local market use rather than regional trade. SNG Levante 1674 ties this piece to a well-documented but thinly represented civic series.
