| Obverse description | Right-facing bust of José Rizal, Philippine national hero, rendered in high relief against a mirror-polished field occupying the right portion of the obverse. To the left of the effigy, the numeral '125' is prominently displayed incorporating the caduceus symbol into the '1', with a stylized sunburst motif — evoking the Philippine flag's sun — integrated into the '2', and the word 'YEARS' inscribed below.
