Obverse description Two confronted boars' heads facing one another at center, rendered in bold high relief with clearly defined snouts, ears, and tusks. The heads are joined at the neck, forming a symmetrical heraldic composition that fills the flan. The inscription BP appears above in archaic Greek lettering, positioned between the two heads in the upper field. The style is characteristic of early Lesbian coinage, displaying archaic vigor and naturalistic animal representation.
