| Obverse description | Bare-headed, draped bust of Ferdinand IV of Naples facing right, rendered in high relief with finely detailed curly hair falling to the nape of the neck and a lace cravat visible at the truncation. The portrait is engraved in the neoclassical style by Domenico Perger, occupying the full inner field within a raised inner circle. The circumferential legend reads FERDINANDVS IV·D·G·REX in Latin capital letters, and the date 1805 appears in the exergue at the base of the coin. |

| Reverse description | Crowned quartered shield of arms of the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies displayed at center, bearing the heraldic devices of Naples, Jerusalem, Aragon, and the Farnese arms among others, surmounted by a royal crown. The mintmaster initials L·D appear flanking the base of the shield, and the denomination G·120 is inscribed in the lower exergue. The circumferential legend VTR·SIC·HIER·HISP·INF reads along the upper arc, with the letters evenly spaced within the milled border, referencing the king's titles over the Two Sicilies, Jerusalem, and Spain. |
