| Obverse description | Draped and armored bust of King Carlos III facing right, wearing a long curled wig, the truncation signed by the engraver's initials. The effigy is rendered in high relief in the Baroque style, with fine detail on the cuirass and lace cravat visible at the shoulder. The circular Latin legend surrounds the portrait, interrupted by the bust at the lower rim. The engraver's mark 'D.G.' appears at the base of the truncation. |

| Reverse description | Crowned quartered coat of arms of the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies displayed at center, featuring the heraldic devices of Castile, León, Aragon, and Sicily within a baroque escutcheon. A royal crown surmounts the shield. To the left of the shield appears the interlaced VM monogram of the mint official, and to the right the MM monogram alongside the mintmaster's initial R. The denomination 'G.120' is displayed within an oval cartouche at the base of the shield, and the date 1754 appears in the legend. |
