| 背面描述 | Plain reverse displaying a broad, flat field with a raised square rim surrounding the central square perforation. No inscriptions, symbols, or decorative elements are present. The surface exhibits a heavily encrusted patina of green verdigris and earthen deposits, consistent with the cast bronze fabric and long burial or circulation history typical of Six Dynasties period cash coinage. |

The 五行大布 (Wuxing Dabu) and this issue, 永通萬國 (Yong Tong Wan Guo), were both introduced by Emperor Xuan of Northern Zhou in 579 as high-denomination currencies intended to replace earlier debased coinage — the 永通萬國 rated at an extraordinary 1,000 to one against the standard cash. That valuation was fictitious from the start. The dynasty collapsed within three years, absorbed by Sui in 581, leaving these coins with almost no meaningful circulation history.
