| Reverse description | Crowned double-headed imperial eagle displayed in the centre of the field, bearing on its breast a quartered shield with the Habsburg arms. Below the eagle, the denomination mark '1Z' (for 12 Kreuzer) appears in a cartouche. The date 1557 is divided within the legend at the top of the coin. A beaded inner border separates the central device from the surrounding Latin titulature legend, all characteristic of Habsburg provincial hammered coinage of Carinthia. |
