Obverse description Episcopal mitre with pendant strings and tassels displayed above a five-fold heraldic shield, the central escutcheon bearing a rampant ibex. The arms are characteristic of the Prince-Bishop of Chur. The circumferential legend reads in Latin, identifying the issuing authority as Joseph Benedict, by the Grace of God Bishop of Chur and Prince of the Holy Roman Empire.
