| 背面描述 | Crowned quartered arms of Württemberg displayed in an ornate Baroque cartouche, featuring the characteristic alternating horizontal bars of the ducal coat of arms with additional quartered devices. The ducal crown surmounts the shield above. The inscription LAND MUNZ flanks the arms horizontally across the field. The date 1758 and denomination 12 K. appear divided below the shield in the lower portion of the reverse, with decorative stops separating the legend elements. |

Charles Eugene of Württemberg was chronically in debt, funding an extravagant court modeled on Versailles while simultaneously prosecuting costly military commitments during the Seven Years' War. The 12 Kreuzer issues of this period were part of a broader effort to keep enough small silver circulating to meet ordinary obligations — the duchy's larger denominations were being hoarded almost as fast as they left the mint.
KR#355b distinguishes this from closely related varieties by the rendering of the mintmaster's initials.
