| Beschrijving voorzijde | Central field displays an elaborate crowned coat of arms of the Bishopric of Fulda, featuring a large interlaced cipher or monogram surmounted by a prince-bishop's crown. The shield is flanked by ornate Baroque scrollwork and foliate mantling. A heraldic beast, likely a lion, is visible to the right side of the arms. The design is rendered in a high-relief Baroque style characteristic of German ecclesiastical coinage of the mid-eighteenth century. The coin's milled border frames the entire composition. |

| Aanvullende informatie |
Adalbert II von Walderdorff governed Fulda at a moment of acute fiscal stress — the Seven Years' War was drawing resources from ecclesiastical territories across the Holy Roman Empire, and many smaller bishoprics resorted to debased or fractional silver issues to meet obligations. The 12 Kreuzer denomination was a workhorse of mid-century German circulation, and Fulda's output in this period was modest enough that survivors in any condition are genuinely scarce.
Fulda's mint was never a high-volume operation. Walderdorff held the see from 1757 until his death in 1759 — this issue falls within the final year of his reign.
