12 Gros - Honore II

Beschrijving voorzijde	Draped bust of Honoré II facing right, depicted with flowing hair, set within a beaded inner circle. The effigy shows the prince in armour with an elaborate gorget, rendered in the baroque style characteristic of 17th-century Monegasque coinage. The date 1640 appears at the base of the bust within the inner circle. The circumferential Latin legend surrounds the portrait between the inner beaded circle and the coin's edge, partially worn but consistent with the recorded lettering.
