| 正面描述 | Central design features a group of five Easter Island Moai statues rendered in a stylized graphic engraving style, depicted in a row with their characteristic elongated heads, prominent brows, broad noses, and compressed lips, set upon a rocky ahu platform with ground vegetation indicated at the base. The figures are shown in varying degrees of relief, creating a sense of depth across the field. A raised border separates the central motif from the flat outer legend band, around which the circular Latin legend reads: REPUBLIC OF LIBERIA at lower left, 1/1000 oz and 2026 at upper right, and 12 Dollars PT.999 at right. |

| 背面描述 | Central design depicts five Moai monolithic statues of Easter Island in a close frontal composition, rendered in a bold graphic engraving style with fine incised line detail. The central and largest statue dominates the field, flanked by two figures on each side receding into the background, all resting upon a stone ahu platform indicated along the lower portion of the field. Diagonal light rays are suggested in the upper field behind the figures. The plain outer border frames the design without any legend or inscription. |

Liberia has no platinum mining industry and no historical tradition of platinum coinage. Issues like this — sub-half-gram platinum struck in implausibly small format — are produced almost exclusively for the novelty collector market, with the "12 Dollars" denomination bearing no relationship to any monetary policy or circulating currency system the Central Bank of Liberia actually administers.
