The inscription records the titles and coronation details of Franz II, including his roles as King of Hungary and Bohemia, Archduke of Austria, and Elected King of the Romans, culminating in the date of his coronation at Frankfurt rendered in Roman numerals (XIV IVL MDCCXCII).
