Beschrijving voorzijde The Annunciation scene rendered in high relief within a broad beaded border. At left, the Angel Gabriel stands in flowing robes, raising one hand in salutation and holding a lily stem — a symbol of purity — while at right the Virgin Mary kneels beneath a canopied baldachin, her hands raised in a gesture of acceptance. Between the figures, a flowering plant rises from a vase in the lower field, and rays of divine light descend from above, where a dove representing the Holy Spirit hovers amid a sunburst. The date 1643 appears in the lower field, and the circumferential Latin legend reads: AVE MARIA GRATIAPLENA DOMINITECUMBENED TUNTMULIERESET.

Beschrijving keerzijde The Baptism of Christ depicted in high-relief engraving within a beaded border. Christ stands centrally in the waters of the River Jordan, his arms folded across his chest in humility, while John the Baptist at right performs the rite of baptism, pouring water upon Christ's head. To the left, two robed attendant figures observe the scene. Above, a dove representing the Holy Spirit descends within a sunburst, beneath the Hebrew Tetragrammaton (יהוה) at the top of the field. The surrounding legend in German reads: CHRIST: D. HEILIG: TAUF: NIM. AN. V. SEIM: VORLAUFFER IM. IOR:.
