Obverse description View of Salzdahlum Palace rendered in fine detail across the central field, with a sundial suspended at the upper left and the sun radiating beams from the upper right. The architectural facade of the palace is depicted in perspective, conveying the baroque grandeur of the ducal residence. The overall composition is enclosed within a beaded border, characteristic of the high-relief Ausbeute coinage of the Brunswick-Wolfenbüttel mint. The Latin legend arcs around the design, referencing the passage of days and the ardent wishes of the ruler.
