Reverse description Constantine I, depicted in full military dress, stands facing left at the centre of the composition. In his right hand he holds a statuette of Victory, winged and draped, who stands facing right on a globe and extends a wreath upward in her right hand while bearing a palm branch sloped over her left shoulder. The emperor grasps a vertical spear in his left hand, and his right foot is raised and placed upon a prostrate captive bound on the ground, who turns his head back to the right. To the right, a second seated bound captive faces right with head turned back to the left. The reverse legend GLORIA CONSTANTINI AVG, with the officina mark S in the field, encircles the composition.
