| Beschrijving voorzijde | Irregular hammered copper flan bearing a multi-line Arabic inscription in the field, executed in a bold, somewhat crude Naskh script characteristic of Gujarat Sultanate copper coinage. The legend, distributed across two or three lines, references the ruling sultan Qutb-ud-Din Bahadur Shah. Decorative pellets are scattered within and around the lettering, a common ornamental convention on contemporary Gujarati falus. The flan shows pronounced die wear and surface irregularity consistent with hand-struck production. The coin has acquired a thick green patina across the entire surface. |
